HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking informations.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day and are sent on using 1st class or next day delivery depending on chosen service. 

Alternatively, if you are worried about any items you have still not received please contact us.

MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM

If you have received your order and you believe that there is something missing from it, please first check the delivery note to be sure that the item is on the same order, not a separate one. If you still require assistance please contact us.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with dispatch confirmation. 

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Your invoice address must be the address to which your card is registered. We can deliver to an alternative address. Simply enter the delivery address when you checkout.

I AM STILL AWAITING A REFUND

We do our best to process all returns within 24 hours of their arrival. You will be emailed once the return has been processed so you can be kept informed of the action taken.

If you have not received any emails then it is unlikely we have your return yet, but please rest assured that as soon as it is delivered to us we will process it as quickly as possible.

DO YOU DELIVER TO BFPO?

Here at ZUTTI.com we are extremely proud of the work our British Forces do for us all around the world. Yes we can deliver to BFPO. Please note that you must enter the address your card is registered to in your account. You can then enter a separate delivery address when checking out.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You have 30 days from the date shown on the shipping confirmation email.

If you’re on a mobile/tablet and the forgotten password link doesn’t work, please try using a laptop/desktop computer.

If you’re on a laptop/desktop computer and it’s still not working, please try using a different web browser; Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer for example. Please also try clearing your browser’s cookies and search history.

If none of the above works for you please contact us and we will look into resetting your password for you.
